Shipping Costs

Since we ship a lot of heavy things, we can't offer free shipping in most cases. However, we have scoured the earth to find the cheapest ways to get you your gear, usually with a flat rate. 

Shipping Confirmation

When your gear is shipped, we will send your shipping confirmation with your tracking number to the email address you provided at checkout. Please track your shipment as Brute Force Training is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Shipping Time Estimates (US)

It varies from state to state, but our product takes 3-5 days from the day you order it to arrive at your door. We process all orders the day after you order them, and we ship from our warehouse in Arvada, CO.

 International Shipping

Brute Force Training ships gear all around the world. Unfortunately, we can't predict how countries outside of the U.S. will adjust for shipping, and in some cases, additional duties, fees, and taxes may apply. Due to the nature of these unforeseen fees, Brute Force Training is not responsible for these extra costs. We recommend that you do your due diligence in researching shipping fees for your location. International customers are responsible for any custom fees associated with the order once it arrives at the border. Currently, we use DHL as our International Shipping Partner; visit their "Receiver's Guide to Duties and Taxes" to learn more.

Brute Force Training Gift Cards

You may apply gift cards toward the purchase of eligible products on www.bruteforcetraining.com. Purchases are deducted from the gift card's balance until the balance reaches zero. If an order exceeds the gift card amount, you may use credit cards, additional gift cards, or other available payment methods to complete the transaction. Any unused value remains on the card and is not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns and exchanges with Brute Force Training are easy.

Brute Force Training accepts returns and exchanges on most products within 14 days of purchase, and all returns will be issued in the form of store credit only. 

If you received an incorrect or damaged item or have any questions about the returns & exchanges process, please email us at support@bruteforcetraining.com.

Brute Force Training gladly accepts returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • The product includes the original packaging and tags.
  • The product return process is initiated to Brute Force Training within 14 days from the date you received it.
  • We may provide an exchange, given that the item for exchange is in stock; otherwise, you will receive store credit.

Submit Your Return

  1. Email your return or exchange request to support@bruteforcetraining.com.
  2. Include your Order # and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Allow 24-48 hours for your confirmation email with instructions and shipping address for the returned or exchanged product.

Prepare Your Product For Return

Products returned without their original, undamaged packaging will not be accepted. Please keep the sandbag and/or fillers packaged as they came in their original packaging. Please send the product in a shipping box.

Return Your Product

Follow the instructions in your confirmation email. 

Receive Your Store Credit

You will receive a notification email as soon as your return is processed and we have applied your store credit to your transaction. After we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for your store credit to be processed, at which point you will receive an email with additional details.

Receive Your Exchange

You will receive a notification email as soon as your exchange is processed and we have prepared the new item for shipment. After we receive your exchange, please allow up to 5 business days for your new item to be processed and shipped, at which point you will receive an email with additional details.

Exceptions

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. These are generally items that we are unable to take back for health or safety reasons. Final Sale items may also include select items that have been priced for final clearance and are not returnable.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on discounted items or items purchased with a promotional code. If you're unsure whether this condition applies to your order, email support@bruteforcetraining.com.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are not in their original condition, and all ineligible items are marked as such on their product details page. If you're unsure whether this condition applies to your order, email support@bruteforcetraining.com.

If you receive your merchandise and it's defective, or if we happen to have sent you the wrong item or size, contact support@bruteforcetraining.com, and we'll get you taken care of immediately.

All Brute Force Training Programs are non-refundable as they are a digital download. Special Circumstances may apply.

BRUTE FORCE SHIELD PROGRAM & WARRANTY

We're damn proud of our gear, and that's why every piece of gear we make is covered by the Brute Force Shield Lifetime Warranty. If there is ever a problem that arises with the craftsmanship or materials of our gear, we will repair or replace it, no questions asked.
