What is the best filler material to use for my gear?

We recommend using playground sand. You can find this at any hardware store. Other options would be rubber mulch or pea gravel.

Does my order come with sand?

Our bags ship unfilled so that you can fill them to the weight level you desire, as well as to avoid high shipping costs. You now have the option to purchase a loaded filler for your sandbag, available at the product page. Otherwise we recommend going by your local hardware store and purchasing sand.

How do you fill up the weighted vest to max it out?

The APC Weighted Vest is designed to meet the general 14/20lbs configurations for all Crossfit style competitions. You can extend the weight to reach up to 40lbs by adding in steel shot or BB's into the fillers. 

Do you have a discounts? (Military, Emergency Response, Teachers, Students)

Do you have a movement library?

What happened to the app?

We’re working on redeveloping how we provide education, training, and daily SandWODs. In the meantime you can still enjoy the same great FREE daily SandWODS by signing up for our daily SandWOD email delivery.  All you have to do is submit your email address here and you will be added to the list. We are sending the email each night at 9pm. Get signed up so you can get back to work! #TrainAccordingly 

How can I check the status of my order?

How do I submit a return/exchange?

To formally submit an exchange or return request, please email support@bruteforcetraining.com.

I have an issue with my gear, is it covered under a warranty? 

We’re sorry to see your gear is damaged. That definitely shouldn’t happen but  then again sometimes it does, which is why we stand behind our gear with our Brute Force Shield Warranty. You may submit a warranty and repair claim by emailing support@bruteforcetraining.com. A member of our customer service team will contact you with further instructions once your claim has been reviewed.

How can I change my address?

To formally request a change of address on your order, please contact support@bruteforcetraining.com and provide an order number along with the new shipping address.
