SAND IS OUT!
After years of research, product development and digging deep into why unstable load training makes such a difference in your fitness program, we are excited to launch a whole new approach.
We've created three (3) levels for our Unstable Load Training™️ and Unstable Load Systems™️
LEVEL 1: Straight Sand. While sand does provide an unstable and often shifting load, we identified options to increase the shifting load enhancing your workout., and yes, you can continue to use sand in all of our equipment.
LEVEL 2: Sand + Rubber Mulch. We have found that by utilizing rubber mulch in combination with sand increases your unstable load enhancing your workout significantly.
LEVEL 3: Rubber Mulch + Steel Shot. To get the most out of your ULT™️ we now provide you the ability to achieve the perfect weight while maintaining the proper "slack" and "volume" giving you a bag that performs exactly as you'd expect.
HERE'S THE FLOW:
STEP 1: Choose the bag that's right for you! Check out the new 2023 Specs
- SCOUT: Base weight of 15-30lbs Lvl 3 Filler. Add four (4) Adaptive Fillers to reach 50lbs.
- ATHLETE: Base weight of 35-50lbs Lvl 3 Filler. Add six (6) Adaptive Fillers to reach 80lbs.
- STRONGMAN: Weight options from 75lbs-150lbs Lvl 3 Filler. Choose primary & secondary fillers or add the Adaptive Fillers for rapid weight changes.
STEP 2: Add your Adaptive Fillers and rapidly change the weight in your bag by 5lbs increments, even during your workout!
STEP 3: Make it a system and add our Weighted Vest, Adaptive Kettlebells or one of our BruteBalls.
