Best Murph Ever Challenge by Brute Force

Every year on Memorial Day fitness enthusiasts everywhere join together to do the ultimate Hero WOD: Murph. Honoring LT Michael Murphy, the workout consists of a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, and 300 squats, followed by another 1 mile run. Participants are encouraged to wear body armor or a weighted vest.

This year, follow our brand new specifically designed 6-week training program brought to you by SEALFit, to crush your Best Murph Ever. This new program, designed by Mark Divine, Rob Ord and Mo Brossette, utilizes an incredibly effective combination of unstable load training and bodyweight conditioning (vest optional) to deliver maximum results. Challenge particpants will start the program as a group on Monday, April 17th and finish with Memorial Day Murph on Saturday, May 27th.
